Opening for a General Accounting and Corporate Housekeeping Manager.
Location: Amsterdam (Keizersgracht 452); part-time (0,5 fte)

SOWITEC opened up its Amsterdam office at the end of 2012 to have direct access to its strategic global partners and to explore opportunities for projects in The Netherlands. As a direct result of our rapidly growing business, we are looking for a new colleague to become responsible for General Accounting and Corporate Housekeeping.   

Job description:

  • Administration of accounts
  • Invoicing and crediting
  • accounts receivable
  • timely payments
  • reporting and analysis
  • liaison for SOWITEC Group
  • Financial reporting and first contact for internal and group financial reporting
  • Liaison external auditor
  • Corporate Housekeeping
  • Updating and maintaining corporate structure including participations
  • Updating and maintaining third party contracts
  • Maintaining all corporate files to assist management and SOWITEC Group

Qualifications and winning candidate characteristics:

  • College degree (HBO or WO)
  • Relevant working experience (minimal of 5 years) gained at respectable accountancy or corporate services firm
  • Articulate and convincing in both written and oral English communications
  • Preferably fluent or otherwise solid working proficiency in Spanish and/or German
  • Sound financial and general admin skills
  • Self-starting and self-sufficient
  • Comfortable across cultures and time-zones

Workplace:

  • Office is located in the Groene Bocht (www.degroenebocht.nl / Keizersgracht 452)
  • Possible to work partly from home
